    Our General Manager Mike Franz has almost 30 years with the Lasher Auto Group and 15 years with our Acura dealer. Mike is dedicated to making the Acura dealer successful through value and customer service. He often will bring in friends and neighbors vehicles for service appointments and is always happy to talk directly to people that may have any questions about a sale or repair. When he's not working hard he's spending quality time at swim meets and other events with his wife and their four children.

Brian works tirelessly to get the right cars at the right price on our lot, as well as ensuring the conditions are up to the Lasher Auto standards. Brian is so sure of the quality that we offer a 3 Year/125K Powertrain Protection on virtually all of our used cars! Brian is also happy to talk to anyone looking to sell their car, and often our used cars are purchased directly from local customers. When Brian isn't scouring other dealer's lots, auctions and local classifieds for the best pre-owned cars out there he likes to spend his free time building computers and gaming.

Having almost 20 years in the automotive service business, and a total of 12 years with the Lasher Auto Group he's learned a thing or two about helping our clients. Jeff transferred to the Acura Service Department three years ago and has been a welcome addition. In his personal time, Jeff spends time with his wife and kids. He also enjoys boating and practicing martial arts.

    Eric Anderson has been with the Lasher Auto Group for over 34 years. He graduated from California State University Sacramento in 1976 and started with us in 1977! Eric has worked in our Acura Parts Department for 18 years and had previously worked at our Audi, VW and Porsche dealerships. When he's not busy managing one of the biggest Geniune Acura Parts Department's around he enjoys woodworking, traveling and spending time with his wife of 30 years and his two married daughters.

    Doug has been with the Lasher Auto Group and our Acura franchise for almost 13 years! Doug's love for cars (having owned everything from a '68 Mustang to various RSX's, TL's and a G35 Coupe) brought him to the car business from the technology world. Doug has more tenure doing online sales then any other Internet Manager in the Lasher Auto Group. He's not just an Internet Manager, he's a Super Internet Manager. Customers regularly come back and buy multiple Acura's from Doug. When not hard at work for his customers on the PC, Doug enjoys swimming, kayaking and spending time with his daughter.

    Acura Service Advisor Chad has 12 years in the auto business, and has been with the Lasher Auto Group and Elk Grove Acura for over seven years. In that time Chad has developed a large customer base of repeat clients who know he can get their car back to them on time and in budget. Chad's a smart guy too. He has a BS in History as well as a Master's in Education! When he's not helping his Acura Service customers he enjoys soccer and lacrosse with his son and racing his personal car at local Northern California race tracks.

She has a Bachelors in Business Management and is happily married with three daughters. Chandra loves to travel, is an Elly nominated set designer for the Sacramento River City Theater Company, and volunteers as an RCTC Board Member!

    Phelan has been with Elk Grove Acura for over six years, and has been in the parts business for seven years. Our customers have faith that Phelan will always be able to come up with the right Acura part when they need it. Phelan owns two classic Mustangs, a 1965 and a 1966, and does all his own work on them, so he understands the customers point of view on purchasing parts much better then most shops in town. The '68 Mustang is even his daily driver, not a garage queen!

Originally from Kennewick, WA Doug spends his free time working on his home and with the non-profit Jack Russel Rescue Organization.

He graduated from UTI in 1979 and has experience with all kinds of Japanese manufactures. When not spending time with his wife and son he enjoys all kinds of outdoor activities like jetskiing, snow skiing, kayaking, running and fishing. He even makes his own fishing lures!

    Recondition Supervisor Do stays busy! All of Elk Grove Acura's used cars have to go through him before they're put on the lot for sale. He helps make sure all of our pre-owned inventory is some of the best in Sacramento and Northern California! When he's not working hard for our service department he enjoys NBA basketball, going to the gym and playing on the PS3. He's also an amateur photographer and attends the Kingdom Hall.
