I usually do my oil change. I got a discount coupon at exactly oil change time. Still could've done it myself for cheaper, but I was feeling lazy and the discount was motivating. They did a swell job. Even washed the car. I dropped it off , took a walk for breakfast. Done in about 2 hrs. They apologized for the time, but I was OK with it. 2nd time at this dealership and I will be scheduling a substantial 100k mi service, because they have earned my trust. I always have very great service from elk Grove Acura. Yesterday service was by far top-notch by Marlon N. He explained to me all the different services the code my car displayed, and what was critical and non-critical. He was very patient and explaining things to me. He provided me with past repair printouts (for tax purposes). He had them test my battery even though I had a new battery replaced with them two years ago this battery had a bad cell and was still under warranty so they changed it out. Service was very simple upon arrival. Pull up, stay in car until someone comes out, discuss what’s going on and you can either wait there or leave. I immediately received a text from the guy who was working with me. I believe his name was Chad, very respectful, knowledgeable and communicated every detail. Communicating via text after drop off simplified everything.
