I am pretty comfortable going to this place. Have worked with two of the service managers and both have been very nice to deal with. I just wish they had better waiting room with working desks for waiters.
We bought a car this weekend and honestly felt taken care of from the very first moment!!! The Elk service department is quite lacking in customer service and the basic knowledge of Acura vehicles to make sufficient repairs. The work orders place false information as to the work completed. The service manager is a complete mess, refusing to do warranty work and recommending customers contact American Honda directly for help.

I bought a used MDX and had the best buying experience here. I had contacted two other Acura dealers about an MDX they had, asking for, "Out the door price." Those two had a low asking price and then added thousands of $ in misc. extra fees.

I honestly had the best service experience I’ve ever had at this dealership. From the second i arrived, Q greeted me and was genuinely such a friendly guy. He helped me multiple times with questions, if he didn’t know, he helped me grab someone who did. My service person was David, who also was amazing. Awesome service staff! Will in service has been my go to and he always treats me with respect and kindness. Jeff is the service manger and again EXCELLENT customer service I trust them with my car and they are always honest with me. I appreciate the service I have received the times I have gone in. Will Robinson was very helpful, efficient and professional. I did have an unpleasant experience when I first called and was put on hold and then transferred to someone's voicemail when I was stuck in a parking lot with a flat tire. But when I called back, I reached Will and he was a huge help.

Easy checkin, reasonable charge for oil change/tire rotation , my only criticism was water spots on the window from the free wash (which is very minor)

Mariana always takes care and of me and my vehicle. She knows how far I drive a day and adjust maintenance accordingly. There’s always a loaner available so life can continue and I receive update calls on progress.

Service took very long. Took almost 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and rear differential fluid. There was only two advisors working and the line of cars was to the street. A bunch of us were standing outside and didn’t know where to go since majority of the doors were locked. There was little to no communication from our service advisor. The staff here at Elk Grove Acura always make me feel like family every time I walk into the dealership. They are super friendly and always honest, which isn’t so common to find these days. The facility is always well maintained and very clean. The complimentary shuttle service is a huge plus as well.
Just had my 2006 Acura MDX repaired after a sparkplug incident and it was about half the estimate I received by another repair shop. David Brousseau did a wonderful job of coordinating the whole repair job. THANK YOU DAVID.
Didn’t feel satisfied with service asked if other things that are wrong with my car to be checked out and I didn’t get that customer service is horrible also no coupons for services asked plenty of times very disappointed.
Both Chad and well trained tech did a marvelous job taking care of my car.

Been a Acura Guy since the 90s and Elk Grove Acura has been servicing me since 2008. From my 97 Acura Integra Type R, to my 2010 TSX, to my 2012 TL SH-AWD Tech, 2021 TLX ASpec SH-AWD Tech and now my 2024 MDX SH-AWD Advanced. My original sales man Sonny, now one of the managers there, always took care of me and still does to this day. Staff is great, service center great. They have earned my life long business for life. This is the second time that we’ve had a problem with the vehicle within days of driving it off of the lot. I accepted it the first time, but after the second time, we can’t come back here.

As a prefer customer who purchase the MDX used also bought a extended warranty. All the vehicle service preform by Elk Grove Acura took it in to adjust the parking brakes was charge $200 dollars not to happy.
